EDUCATION
Foster has a Masters degree in communication and a Bachelors degree in radio-television-film from the University of Texas.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
Tom Foster works as a consultant with CEOs, managers, supervisors, and teams in the areas of delegation, planning and communication skills. His organizational disciplines include construction, manufacturing, wholesale distribution, retail, export and service companies.

Foster spent 14 years in television production, producing commercials, sports, corporate and broadcast programs. This was followed by ten years with a large CPA firm, supporting client information and accounting systems.

Foster is a Vistage Chair, with two CEO groups and one Key Executive group in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He is a former instructor with Dale Carnegie Training, working with their Leadership Training program for eight years.
