Pat Conway is President and founder of P. I. Associates, a consulting firm focused on helping enterprises maximize the benefits of their most valuable resource, people. Pat has an extensive background in Organizational Development and Management. His insight and intuitive talent have been utilized frequently to solve the challenges of human performance and the development of executive talent.

Pat has helped to develop strategy for over 200 CEOs and their teams, providing the tools to recognize and develop potential peak performers capable of leading their organizations through growth and change. Utilizing the Predictive Index (PI) system of behavioral identification and selection, he has provided specific tangible benefits for numerous organizations. He has extensive experience in leading and conducting seminars for top executives as well as middle-level managers. He has a broad-base of clients which include financial services institutions, law and accounting firms, construction, manufacturing, communications, oil and gas, chemicals, information systems, retail, wholesale, health care, insurance, real estate development, agri/business, restaurants, clubs, hotels, resorts and not-for-profit organizations.

Pat served 15 years in public accounting and was a Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers, the international accounting and consulting firm. Pat also served in the initial planning and organization of two new state universities, including Florida International University.
